Track and Field

Track and Field practises run during lunch and start this Monday, April 8th.

Track Schedule:
Monday – Sprints and Relays with Coaches: Jang, Kobus and Tetreault.

Tuesday – Shot Put and Soft ball Toss with Coach Fuller (meet at the front field)
– Long Jump with Coach Grannary (meet at long jump pit)
– Long Distance Running with Coach Richardson (meet in the gym) First week Thursday only

Wednesday – Sprints and Relays with Coaches:  Jang, Kobus and Tetreault (meet in the gym)
